Hello, World
I build at machine speed, keep human judgment in the loop, and ship on provable evidence.

About Me
Triet Phan
Founder, aifutures.dev · Chicago, IL
Machine speed · Human judgment · Provable evidence
I believe technology should empower people to pursue their dreams. From shipping marketplace apps used by hundreds at Airbnb, to architecting AI agent swarms that autonomously write, review, and deploy code, I thrive at the intersection of creativity and engineering.
Today that belief has a home: aifutures.dev, an independent product lab where I build instruments for the agentic age — software that trades live markets, maps living codebases, and commands fleets of agents. Machine speed, human judgment, provable evidence. When I'm not in the lab, I'm tutoring the next generation of developers.

Where I've Been
Founder & Principal Builder
aifutures.dev — Independent Product Lab
2026 — Present
›Founded an independent product lab building instruments for the agentic age, with human judgment wired into every loop
›AI Futures Trader — live auction analysis across ES, NQ, GC and CL: TPO profiles, value-area mapping, confirmation gates, server-side brackets and kill switches (0 naked positions)
›AIFlow — repository cartography that maps a codebase's architecture at AST level with file:line evidence across TypeScript, Python, Go and Rust; runs fully local, 0 bytes uploaded
›Agent Control Center — local-first control plane running agents in isolated git worktrees with independent verification, sealed SHA-256 evidence and Ed25519-signed federation
›Run the full product cycle solo: architecture, engineering, verification, docs and launch — built in public on GitHub
